Do I need CrossFit experience to start?
No. Lift CrossFit is beginner-friendly, and coaches can scale workouts to your level. If you’re brand new to CrossFit, start by booking a Free Intro. From there, you’ll typically begin with an On-Ramp / Foundations program first before jumping into regular classes.
Do I need to complete On-Ramp / Foundations before joining classes? How does it work?
For most beginners, yes—you’ll complete 4 On-Ramp sessions before joining regular CrossFit classes. How it works: You book a Free Intro / No Sweat Intro. If you’re new to CrossFit, the coach sets you up with 4 On-Ramp sessions. After completing those sessions, you transition into group classes. (If you already have solid CrossFit experience, you may be able to start classes sooner—case by case.)
What are your membership options (e.g., 3x/week vs unlimited)?
From the call, the core membership options mentioned were: 3x/week membership: $120/month Unlimited membership: $140/month Other offerings include: On-Ramp / Foundations: 4 sessions for beginners (priced separately from membership details provided after your intro) Personal Training Nutrition coaching (through a coach on the team)
Do you allow drop-ins for visitors? How do drop-ins work?
Yes—drop-ins are allowed. How drop-ins typically work (basic flow): Contact the gym / book ahead so they know you’re coming. Sign any waiver/check-in requirements. Pay the drop-in fee (not stated on the call—gym will provide). Show up a bit early so a coach can get you oriented and set you up with scaling options.
Do you offer nutrition coaching? How do I start?
Yes—nutrition coaching is available through a coach on the team. How to start: Book a Free Intro / No Sweat Intro and ask to add nutrition support, or reach out and request nutrition coaching directly. They’ll outline what’s included and match you with the nutrition coach.
What is a Free Intro / No Sweat Intro and how do I book it?
A Free Intro (No Sweat Intro) is a free, in-person appointment at the gym where you meet with a coach, talk through your goals and experience, and figure out the best starting plan (On-Ramp, membership, PT, etc.). How to book: Go to lift-crossfit.com and click the Free Intro / No Sweat Intro call-to-action and submit the form. The gym will then get you scheduled for an in-person appointment.
What should I expect at my first visit? What should I bring?
Expect: A friendly, low-pressure conversation with a coach. A quick tour + overview of how the gym works. A discussion of your goals, schedule, and best starting option (On-Ramp, membership, etc.) Bring: Comfortable workout clothes. Athletic shoes. A water bottle. Any info about injuries/limitations (just be ready to mention them) Arriving a few minutes early is always helpful.
What is your weekly class schedule (morning/evening + Saturday)?
Weekdays: 6 classes/day (3 in the morning + 3 in the afternoon/evening) Saturday: 9:00am class (Sunday wasn’t mentioned—best to check the live schedule directly or ask the gym.) For exact class times, the gym can confirm when you book your Free Intro.
Do you offer personal training? How do I start?
Yes—personal training is offered. How to start: Book a Free Intro / No Sweat Intro and ask about PT, or contact the gym directly and request personal training. They’ll talk through your goals and help schedule sessions.
Where are you located and where should I park / how do I find Suite E?
